Meditation to support you on your way back to your heart, into your body and out of your head. Back to the feeling and knowing of who you truly are.

A 3 month meditative mentoring journey to connect you with your innate wisdom, deep trust and intuition in anticipation of the birth of your baby.

A Birth Journey that includes my presence at your birth as a Doula is available too.

A 6 month 1-1 mentoring container to go on a deep journey within, uncovering and deconstructing patterns and beliefs that are no longer serving you. Weaving and reconstructing a path forward that is in alignment with your heart's desires.

Hey there, I am Clara

Knowing that change is possible from my own personal experience, I have found my calling in guiding others to discover a path to deep healing, in finding peace within, experiencing true freedom and deep connection.

I am passionate about helping you to shine light on what is holding you back, building the strength to courageously face old baggage and working on transforming what is no longer serving you. And thus cultivating a deep trust from within that guides the path forward. I gently support you on your unique journey in coming back to your heart, your inner voice, your truth and your power.
